‘Attica’ is an on-going collaborative project among a group of fellow graduates from Camberwell College of Arts. For now, the attic space has been successfully hosted one exhibition and one zine review event. The ever-changing art scene in big city is encouraging artists to become more flexible, find various ways to showcase artworks and communicate with each other.
There are places like shopping malls, hair salons, cafés and billboards being offered as locations for artists to display their pieces. ‘Attica’ uses home base and utilizes attic space, to wish to grow as one of the alternative and substantial place for newly graduates to exhibit and to build a community for local peers.
